10月12日，五大道企业家基金会正式举行“五大道青年人才奖学金”成立仪式。该项目由职业高尔夫冠军 Charles Wang 与纽约冷泉港高中学生 Boer Miao 联合发起，旨在鼓励和支持具有成长潜力、责任意识和进取精神的优秀青年。

On October 12, the Fifth Avenue Entrepreneurs Foundation officially launched the Fifth Avenue Emerging Talent Scholarship, co-initiated by professional golf champion Charles Wang and Cold Spring Harbor High School student Boer Miao. The initiative is designed to encourage and support young people who demonstrate potential, responsibility, initiative, and a strong commitment to personal growth.

作为联合发起人，Charles Wang 已在职业高尔夫领域取得突出成绩，长期参加北美及中国职业赛事，并在2025年获得中国巡回赛广东公开赛冠军。除职业体育之外，他也长期参与公益及慈善活动，希望通过自身经历和影响力，鼓励更多年轻人追求目标，并支持更多青年成长。

As a co-initiator, Charles Wang brings an accomplished background in professional golf. He has competed extensively in North America and China and won the 2025 China Tour Guangdong Open. 另一位联合发起人 Boer Miao 是纽约冷泉港高中学生。他将自己通过个人投资、课余劳动及其他实践积累的一部分收入捐给奖学金项目。值得一提的是，这也是他刚刚拿到个人支票本后，人生中开出的第一张支票，而这第一张支票选择用于支持青年奖学金。

The other co-initiator, Boer Miao, is a student at Cold Spring Harbor High School. He contributed part of the money he had personally accumulated through investment gains, part-time work, and other hands-on activities to help launch the scholarship. Notably, this donation was made with the first check he had ever written after receiving his first personal checkbook.

在两位青年发起人的带动下，项目得到基金会会员及现场嘉宾的积极响应。截至成立仪式当日，项目共获得4,000美元捐赠支持。

Inspired by the two young co-initiators, Foundation members and event guests responded positively. By the day of the launch ceremony, the scholarship had received a total of $4,000 in donations.

奖学金成立后，项目持续获得社会各界的积极响应。截至10月14日，累计收到现金捐款约6,000美元，其中包括基金会会员、iBridge Education（慧桥国际教育）Julia晓彦捐赠的1,880美元。此外，Julia还捐赠了价值2,330美元的教育权益奖学金，为青年提供更多优质科研学习机会。与此同时，多位热心人士主动就奖学金的资助对象、评审机制、资金监管及公开透明等提出建议。基金会将逐步完善公平、透明的申请与遴选机制，让每一份爱心和教育资源真正发挥价值。

Following its launch, the scholarship continued to receive enthusiastic community support. As of October 14, total cash donations had reached approximately $6,000, including a $1,880 contribution from Julia of iBridge Education, a Foundation member. Julia also donated educational scholarship benefits valued at $2,330, creating additional opportunities for young people to pursue advanced learning and research. Supporters have also offered constructive suggestions regarding scholarship eligibility, selection procedures, financial oversight, and transparency. The Foundation will continue developing a fair and transparent application and selection process to ensure that these contributions meaningfully benefit the next generation.

现场会员对此给予了积极反馈。有会员表示，年轻人愿意拿出自己的“小金库”支持其他年轻人成长，这份责任感和公益意识尤其难得；也有会员主动表示，希望继续参与，为奖学金项目贡献力量。

Members in attendance responded warmly to the initiative, noting that it was especially meaningful to see young people not only participate in philanthropy, but also contribute their own savings and take an active role in supporting the growth of their peers.

Foundation Chairman Fang Ma noted that supporting the next generation is an important part of the Foundation’s charitable mission. He emphasized that it is especially meaningful to see young people move from being participants in philanthropy to becoming initiators and active drivers of positive change.

The Fifth Avenue Entrepreneurs Foundation hopes that the Fifth Avenue Emerging Talent Scholarship will serve as a new starting point for bringing together broader community support, helping more promising young people grow while encouraging them to use their own abilities to support others.
